Arranging music from other instruments is a great way to expand your playing beyond all the “guitaristic” things we typically do. You will become a more creative and inventive player as a result.

It will also have you tap into the unique qualities of that instrument resulting in playing guitar in ways you never would have otherwise.

In this lesson, I am going to run you through some examples of piano music and how to arrange this on the guitar.

First, you will hear the piano example, immediately followed by one way you could arrange this on your guitar.

We will then break down the guitar arrangement so you can see exactly what I have done including my thought process on how to arrange the music from the piano to the guitar.
